Renaissance Services subsidiary Tawoos Industrial Services Company LLC. (TISCO) rewarded its longest serving employees for 20 years of dedicated service and contribution to a growth that began with 80 employees and reaches 5,264 persons presently, nearly half of the total employees of the Renaissance group.

At a ceremony in Muscat last week, 45 of the original 80 members of staff were presented with certificates of appreciation and a gold medallion before a standing ovation from other TISCO employees and guests.

Recipients of the 20 year milestone award recipients also included CEO of Renaissance Services, Mr. Stephen Thomas, and GM Commercial of the contract services group, Mr. Ananda Fernando, who also handed certificates and the memento to overjoyed employees, along with Mr. Adil Bahwan, GM Operations.

Mr. Thomas said, “The award ceremony tonight has been at every level of the organization, including the people who we all acknowledge are the most important in the group, and that’s those who are right up next to the customer.”
