CEO of Topaz Energy and Marine Ltd., a Renaissance Services subsidiary, Mr. Fazel Fazelbhoy has been presented the Best Maritime Personality of the Year award in an event attended by over 800 senior executives of the maritime fraternity.

The award was presented by Marine Biz TV in a gala soiree held in conjunction with Shiptek 2009, a major marine and offshore industry technology conference in Singapore.

Mr. Fazelbhoy was given the award in recognition of his pioneering spirit and demonstrated inventiveness, and accepted the award on behalf of the employees and the Topaz Board of Directors that continually strive to grow and improve the business.
