Renaissance Services SAOG is an international services company listed on the Muscat Securities Market (MSM30) in the Sultanate of Oman. Renaissance publishes an Annual Report each year in English and Arabic. These reports identify all information included in the periodic disclosure requirements for listed companies and are compliant with the policies stated in the Issue and Disclosure Rules and Guidelines published by the Capital Market Authority effective October 1, 2007.

The Renaissance fiscal year is a calendar year that runs from January 1 to December 31.
